In ephemeral, kafka is provided. We just need to update our kafka connector https://github.com/RedHatInsights/insights-rbac/blob/master/deploy/debezium-connector.yml
And remove our kafka and connect: https://github.com/RedHatInsights/insights-rbac/blob/master/deploy/kafka-connect.yml

The kafka instance is env name, example: https://github.com/project-kessel/inventory-api/blob/main/deploy/kessel-inventory-ephem.yaml#L49C31-L49C39
