A Node.js client library for Kessel is required to facilitate integration for services developed using Node.js. This client would serve as a crucial component for enabling Node.js applications to interact with Kessel functionalities, similar to how kessel-sdk-py currently supports Python services.

The development of kessel-sdk-node should be modeled after the existing kessel-sdk-py client, adhering to the guidelines outlined in KSL-015: Client Libraries.

Crawl Milestone:

• Establish a new repository: https://github.com/project-kessel/kessel-sdk-node.
• Generate and publish the gRPC output, enabling immediate consumption by early adopters.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A dedicated repository kessel-sdk-node exists within the Kessel GitHub organization.
• The gRPC generated output for the Node.js client is available for consumption.
