The AI summaries are very good, but it doesn't tell readers if there's anything missing. Say there's no RCA doc, or some other missing data, the4 AI ignores missing things and focuses on what's in the incident. We could solve this either by adding something to the prompt to tell it to call out all or specific missing data or metadata, or we could be more deterministic by doing it through code.
