With the default kafka/connect/debezium setup in ephemeral becoming feature complete from the kessel POV, we now have a PR to move the sink connector to use the default kafka bits. However, when this PR is merged, the deployer will break, so we need to update the deployer at the same time. The task of this Jira is to do both.

Mostly, it's just that the parameters passed into bonfire are different. A bootstrap url is no longer accepted.
