Currently we have a situation where status-board will unexpectedly go down and come back with no clear root cause. We don't have any logging in the service to help debug when this happens.

The goal of this ticket is to research ways to enable developers to debug and troubleshoot when status-board experiences failures. This can look like additional logging as well as enabling performance insights for it's DB. We should look at industry best practices and possibly collab with other teams on how they are doing this in their apps. The deliverable here is to create Jira tasks for the enhancement we want to make.
