[VA] VA message input should focus on launch

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Log in to console.stage.redhat.com
      2. Click the VA launch badge at bottom right of page

      Expected result

      VA div appears with its Send a message... textarea control already focused

      Actual result

      Input textarea control is not focused. User has to click again. User is already micro-annoyed before even interacting with VA 😢
