During a cluster migration, many of our services fired Alerts and then resolved. Status-board was not ready to receive the resolution messages so the SLOs are left in a "red" state incorrectly.
The goal of this ticket is to update each SLO in status board to match it's current state. That would just be making stale statuses green because Alertmanager is configured to refire Alerts, not resolutions. So that means non-stale "red" statuses are correct.
Also create some documentation on the process if it doesn't exist already.
