status-board has been difficult to maintain and troubleshoot as a service. Currently it only provides SLOs to services-dashboard.

This ticket is about investigating alternative solution to status-board. That could either be a new, slimmer service or a different solution.

The result of this ticket will be an ADR detailing what that solution could be.
