A new Mocks package as been added to Inventory API during the consistency epic in an effort to both consolidate all existing mocks to a central place, and ensure awareness of mocks for certain types existing since they are strewn about in various test files. This card is to track moving all existing mocks to the mocks package and update tests to use the new package.
