Description

As a customer I should be able to click on workspace and be redirected to /insights/inventory/workspaces/${WS_ID}.

Technical details

This option should be available only if feature flag platform.rbac.workspaces-list is enabled. If this feature flag is disabled the default behavior should be used - navigate to /iam/access-management/workspace/${WS_ID}.

If user has permission `inventory:groups:read` for the workspace the link should be present. If the permissions does not return the WS id we will disable the link. The link will also be disabled for WS type root/default
