Cloud-Connector restarted due to the kafka upgrade on 04/15. The mqtt broker sent a spike of messages on the first restart of cloud-connector. Ideally this shouldn't be happening.

Determine if these are replays. If they are, ask the mqtt support folks to look into the issue.
