Remove the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure source type from sources and all of the references in the code

      Description

      In order to completely wipe OCI from Sources we need to:

      1. Write a migration that deletes all the sources of that source type from the database.
      2. Remove the source type from the "source types" file.
      3. Remove the source type's references from the "application types" file.
      4. Remove the reference from the fixtures.
      5. Remove the reference from the OpenAPI JSON file.
