Currently, signing up for Errata | Subscription Services states that the user is signing up for 'instant notifications'. The notifications they receive are not 'instant' as implied, though, being attached to when Console receives information about Errata rather than when errata is released.

We should change the language around these to state that they are inherently batched notifications, or try to improve the functionality so that the errata notifications are instant based on when an errata is released.
