Re-do the backend PR now that migrations work properly

      Now that we have migrations working properly, I edited Adam's original PR at https://github.com/RedHatInsights/tangerine-backend/pull/132

      • rebased it
      • renamed 'agent_name' to 'name' and added a migration to rename the column
      • renamed 'agent'/'Agent' to 'assistant'/'Assistant' as Adam had originally attempted to do
      • added the migration script for the above which renames the table
