Remote pipelines from https://github.com/RedHatInsights/konflux-pipelines make the maintenance related to Konflux easier as the Konflux bot will no longer create PRs in the main repo of each service. Only the konflux-pipelines repo will receive PRs from the bot.

Acceptance criteria:

• The konflux-pipelines repo has a pipeline for each kind of build used in Integrations.
• Each Integrations service depends on a remote pipeline
