      A new version of caddy-ubi has been created to fix a CVE.  But the frontend builds are still using an old one. 

      Update the version in: https://github.com/RedHatInsights/insights-frontend-builder-common/blob/master/Dockerfile#L16

      This was found after we updated our tekton build to use the shared dockerfile RHCLOUD-38207
