Hide workspaces detail in current RBAC

      Description

      As a customer I should see only workspaces list and I should be unable to drill down to workspace detail with current RBAC.

      Technical solution

      When feature flag is present

      platform.rbac.workspaces-list

      The detail fo workspace should not be available. The WS title should not be clickable and the detail route should redirect user back to list of WS.
