If I've reached the behavior group count limit and try to create a bg, the frontend error message is:

"A behavior group with display name [foo] already exists"

The backend actually returns:

"behavior group creation limit reached.Please consider deleting unused behavior groups before creating more."

As a sidenote, it would be good to note the limit in the error message.
