RBAC groups selected as recipients for emails are not displayed in the Notifications frontend

      When a behavior group with an email action with an RBAC group as recipient is saved in the Notifications frontend, the page that shows the list of behavior groups for a specific bundle does not show the RBAC group.

      Also, if such a behavior group is edited, the wizard won't show the RBAC group that was previously selected.

      This used to work, so it's likely a recent regression.
