Cloud-Connector received a spike of messages on 03/07. We need to investigate this and see if these were replayed messages.

Cloud-Connector mqtt subscriber restarted on 03/07 and received a big spike of messages. If these are replayed message, then we need to work with the mqtt support folks to see if this can be resolved.
