      To be compliant with PF6 accessibility standards, we need to swap from the whole card being clickable to, instead, having two clickable regions:

      1. Resource titles as links (opens the resource when clicked)
      2. Bookmark icon in top right corner (bookmarks / unbookmarks the resource)
