We need to check whether we can use same topic as is currently used for replication between RBAC and Relation API,

if not we need to find way how to leverage debezium connector.

• Kafka topic: (TBD)
• Message structure: (TBD), but must contain the operation (create/update/delete), org_id, and the workspace data (incl. ID, name, type, created/updated timestamps)
• Each time HBI consumes a message from this queue, it modifies the data in the Groups table based on the payload
