Acceptance Criteria:

• ReportResource API is added and allows adding RHEL hosts dynamically via json schema
• Report Resource API works for notifications-integration, k8s_cluster, k8s_policy
• DeleteResource API is added and works for RHEL hosts, notifications-integration, k8s_cluster, k8s_policy
• E2E tests are passing for both v1beta1
• ReportResource should create or update relationships to spicedb synchronously
• DeleteResource should delete relationships from spicedb synchronously
