We are seeing a large spike in load on the db randomly (though it seems to be getting more regular). It seems short lived. I would like to understand why this is happening and which service is causing it. It might be causing Remediations to get 500 errors from Playbook-Dispatcher.

Research if this contributed to the 503 error that Jeremy Audet saw during his testing on 02/28/2025
