Develop an import script and execute it as a job within the RBAC service to import inventory groups.

As input of this  job will b file with inventory groups stored in s3 bucket and for each group will be created related workspace in RBAC.

The import script will use JSON/csv data (or other formats) stored in an S3 bucket as the source. 

Algorithm:

• get data from s3 bucket
• go through all inventory groups
• created workspace for each of them

Requires:

• Access to S3 bucket and SA account (maybe don't need SA, the s3 bucket from app-interface provide AWS credentials we can use) to access it
• Specify structure  of JSON data (or other formats) 
• CJI job/internal endpoint?
