Description

Right now the only organization administrators are allowed to access the "workspaces" endpoints in RBAC: /rbac/management/permissions/workspace_access.py.

The new workspace selector that is being developed is supposed to list all the workspaces the user has access to, but that cannot happen if the above restriction is in place.

Acceptance criteria

• A regular, logged-in user can make a "GET /workspaces/" request to list all the workspaces.
