Any alerts and dashboards required for support of the service must be defined within FedRAMP for support and escalation. This work has been completed in commercial and should be easily transferable to FedRAMP, ensuring to change any URL's of services. This will be required for AppSRE support long term.

Stage is mostly implemented but requires updates to match current commercial state.
Prod will require implementation including ensuring AppSRE is paged for critical alerts.

Services that Alerts and Monitoring/Dashboards must be defined for

• Relations API
• Inventory API (including Internal Inventory Consumer)
• Kessel Kafka Connect
• Relations Sink Connector
• SpiceDB
• Any RDS Monitoring/Dashboards provided by Cloudwatch Exporter

Done Criteria

• Alerts are defined in AppSRE's Montoring service in FedRAMP
• Grafana dashboards are defined in AppSRE's monitoring service in FedRAMP
• Alerts are validated as working, and engineers are properly paged when needed

All Dashboards should be up to date and compared to Commercial for consistency
