To allow customers who are using RHEL Product Trials to successfully create Red Hat Satellite subscription manifests, we need to update the 'smart_management' bundle (https://github.com/RedHatInsights/entitlements-config/blob/master/configs/prod/bundles.yml#L235) to add the RH00067 and RH00068 SKUs. All existing SKUs should be left unchanged.
