For the new version of VA, significant changes to architecture have taken place that are likely to break our IQE tests. V1 VA tests directly interacted with the API, and I believe we may need to retool to the tests to work with the new architecture. To get an idea of how much breakage has occurred, we need an ongoing baseline indicator of pass rates.

1. Set up schedule test runs of VA plugin, aligned with the rest of IQE plugins (daily runs via Jenkins have been common)
2. Review test results, identify failures, and create Jira tickets to triage test failures and work needed to remedy them
