At present, a user that cannot use a mouse would face difficulty adding widgets to the Console dashboard. This is also impeding the ability of test automation to interact with adding various widgets (drag-and-drop does not play nicely with Cypress in some situations).

1. The end user should be able to add a widget to the dashboard using ONLY a keyboard. Typically this is done by tabbing to the related link/field, and pressing ENTER to initiate the process.
