If you create a new issue in the UI and add the same thing to product and affected product creating the incident will fail. When it fails the Save or Create button is disabled and cannot be re-enabled. This forces the user to copy and paste their text and then create the incident all over again on a new page.

This should probably be solved by filtering the product list that appears in the affected product drop down such that the user can never hit this situation. On top of that we should ensure that there's no way for the Save/Create button to be disabled except when waiting on a fetch.

As part of this task we should search for duplicates and close any dups, we will work the issue in this jira.
