inScope tech doc pages hang when loading. The problem is caused by a 401 when the UI attempts to access the statically generated CSS files created by techdocs. The failing requests are missing the auth header, while other requests that are working have the header
Steps already taken:
- Cleared cache and used private tabs as well as tested with multiple engineers
- Verified files are on the S3 bucket
- Verified we can grab the files with curl if we add an auth header
