As a user of web-rca there are a couple of integrations with status.redhat.com that could be useful:

1. Changing status of a customer facing product when an incident is created with that product
2. Updating the banner text at the top of the page
3. Updating info text when a status changes.  Currently we see a lot of:

• Investigating - We are currently investigating this issue.
• Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
• Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
• Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

There might also be a chance to update the OCM banner banner at the top of console.redhat.com when products like ROSA experience issues, but that may be out of scope for this ticket.

The goal of this ticket is to explore all the possible avenues of updating status.redhat.com from web-rca and document the efforts required.
