As a user of the WebRCA service I would like to have ability to visualise data of all PMRs AI (action items) in Jira Dashboard (newly created for this request)
Requirements:
a) Visualise PMRs AI data in a Jira dashboard so we can present weekly report of PMR action item status
- rate of major incidents over time
- average age / time to close of PMR AI's over time (is it getting better or worse)
- link to a jira dashboard to be able to drill into a list of major incidents and followups, whether they are open or closed
These data/dashboard would allow us to look into each major incident and the corresponding PMR AI for each one of thembasically for each major incident, how many PMR AI did we have, how many are closed and how many still opened, how long did it take to close them, for which team are they, what level of importance for each PMR AI,How good are we at following-up on PMR AI coming from Major incidents?
b) Add new category to PMR AI (High, Medium, Low). Category identifies impact of the PMR AI. This is based on the "priority" field in the RCA doc.
- High PMR AI
- Medium PMR AI
- Low PMR AI
c) Alerting of the PMR AI based on the target date for a specific PMR AI (High, Medium, Low). The notifications should reach the Reporter and the Assignee (if the ticket is assigned)
- High PMR AI - complete within the sprint (3 Weeks)
- Medium PMR AI - complete within the quarter (90 days)
- Low PMR AI - Complete within the 120 days
This dashboard should be done in the way to be able to answer below mentioned questions. * How long does it take us to close PMR AI per priority (High/Medium/Low)?
- Number of AI's closed per unit time
- Are we doing better month over month or worse (trend on the above)?
- How many PMR AI in each state (Todo, In progress, Completed)?
- Are we doing better month over month or worse (trend on the above)?
