We'd like to propose some updates to the 'services' dropdown for a couple of reasons:
- Has references to 'Help' content which will be accessible via the help panel in the future
- Is more aligned with what our competitors are doing
- Sets us up for a cleaner and more accessible transition to PatternFly 6
