When running `fec dev` locally using the fec translation package we see an error where:
`Module not found: Error: Can't resolve '../locales/data.json'

We recently switched over to NX in our frontend components repo.

I suspect this issue may be related. As of now v3.2.10 is impacted. Versions prior to that should work.
