When running `fec dev` locally using we see an error where:
`Error: Cannot find module './tsconfig.template.json'

We recently switched over to NX in our frontend components repo.

I suspect this issue may be related. As of now @redhat-cloud-services/frontend-components-config 6.3.3 and 6.3.4 both appear to be impacted. Versions prior to that should work.
