You cannot disable notifications here because your cluster is managed by Red Hat. These notifications are the primary way that Red Hat SRE will contact you to inform you about cluster problems and request actions you must take to resolve cluster problems. Cluster owners cannot unsubscribe from email notifications. If you are not a cluster owner and you do not want to receive notification emails, you can ask your cluster owner or administrator to remove you from the list of cluster notification contacts.
