2. Come up with a list of Option solutions
   1. Debezium is being used by RBAC and Relations for implementing CDC. We need to work with Kieth, Alec and Jaime and come to an agreement about pros and cons for using Debezium vs another option
3. Figure out implementation concerns

Acceptance Criteria:

1. DDR is created for the above investigation + option analysis
2. Reviewed with Fabric architects and decision is made
3. Stories are created for work to do
