The TTL for cert.console.redhat.com is set for 6 hours.
A 409 error is happening at the same time with the host-metering client.
When it does a DNS check for the cert.console.redhat.com domain.

The Azure default DNS name resolution log shows that while the issue was occurring,
the lookup call passes through multiple domains as a CNAME for cert.console.redhat.com.

      The final query, eip-ntt.cert-eipb.console.redhat.com.akahost.net,
was unable to return an A record and responded with NXDOMAIN.

This results in usage data not being sent to RH from the host-metering daemon every 6 hours.

There may be 2 other cases with 409 errors.
Request: Is there a way to prevent a DNS lookup error at the TTL change over time.
      Of course this involves Akamai.
