As a developer I want to have API catalog deployed by Konflux

Acceptance criteria

Configure API Catalog to be deployed using Konflux

For context:

the containerized build inlcuding next js is on this branch: https://github.com/RedHatInsights/api-documentation-frontend

The deployment was tested here: https://spaship.redhat.com/properties/developers/api-documentation-frontend?initialTab=1

The dev env preview is on this site: https://route-developers-dev-preprod.apps.ext-waf.spoke.preprod.us-west-2.aws.paas.redhat.com/api-catalog

Now it's only a matter of setting up the Konflux build, adding env variables to the spaship (can be done via the UI), and then flipping the developers.redhat.com/api-catalog to the containerized URL.
