Activities

Define SLOs, SLIs starting from the service development phase, iterate throughout the delivery phase.

Finalize SLOs, SLIs definitions, an SLA (standard SLA 99.95% for GA services is included in the appendix 4 and the service definition for external customers) and stakeholder sign-offs are required before launching a commercially available service.

Who

• Product Manager, Engineering are responsible to define and sign off the SLI/SLO/SLA and keep them up to date.
• SRE provides consultation and sign off.
