The source and sink connectors are currently deployed to our stage environment. Before we go to production we need to make sure there are no outstanding onboarding tasks for the connectors or other related pieces.

We do know that there are some remaining steps required for the Kafka Connect instance we are using. We are also tracking metrics for our connect and connectors so we need to determine what SLA would make sense for these resources.
