Kessel alerts are not routed to the slack channel configured in app-interface

Last Friday 01-Nov-24, around 18:00Hrs Irish time - Konflux image signing issues caused relations and inventory pods (all of them) to be down.

Alert was fired

But alert was not routed to the slack channel

How to test:

Scale the deployment down to 1 pod, that should fire the above alert and should be routed to our slack channel
