When tenants produce a Kafka message to Notificaitons, they don't have any feedback about potential issue regarding produced message. Main errors could be:

• Inconsistent message format
• Inconsistent Bundle/application/event type
• Inconsistent payload format regarding applied Qute templates (emails, Slack, teams ....)
• Inconsistent regarding Authz criteron (ADR-53)

Global idea is to allow tenant to prive a post URL to Notifications, to send back details about potential issues for each messages.
