As a customer I shouild be able to query /apps/frontend-assets and receive static assets from containerized frontend build

Technical details

This application is currently managed by openshift cluster and is released to stage and prod clusters. We need an Akamai redirect for /apps/frontend-assets to point to prod cluster on prod Akamai instance.
