Hello, teammates!
As the OCM writer, I make sure that any OCM in-app help I propose aligns with CCS's content type and in-app help priorities and guidance. Part of this involves me looking around HCC periodically to compare the various types of in-app help across different console pages. When I did that today, I found this (see image) here:
- Go to https://console.redhat.com/openshift/overview.
- Scroll to the Featured products section.
- On the card for Advanced Cluster Security for Kubernetes, click Learn more.
And voila! To the right slides open a very cool informational drawer (sidebar?).
Does anyone know who created these? They're great, but when I inspect the source, I can see that they're created with Intercom. We need a way for all HCC content creators to produce this same kind of content within the frameworks of PatternFly and CCS content types so that users have a consistent help experience regardless of where they are in the console.
Thanks for your help and ideas, contributors and watchers.
