Current e2e coverage for Astro/VA is very back-end focused at the moment. We do not appear to have any frontend e2e coverage for this feature (as far as I can tell). We should establish a minimal baseline of frontend coverage to ensure that the UI is behaving properly.

Ideally this e2e UI coverage would rest inside the frontend repo with the code to make things straight-forward for both developers and QEs.

AC:

• At least 1 e2e UI test for astro covering an example flow.

• Ideally, run the e2e test as part of the repo's CI pipeline.
