When an integration is created from the frontend, the list of integrations is not refreshed at the end of the creation process. The user has to refresh the page manually to see the integration they just created.

If the page is manually refreshed, the user is then redirect to a different Integations category than the one they just edited, unless they were creating a Cloud integration.
