Inventory API has been updated to leverage external SSO to request access tokens for authenticating with the Relations API. We will need to enable authentication on Relations API and test that Inventory API can authenticate in order to make requests.

Done Criteria

• Relations API is deployed to stage (and can be deployed via ephemeral) with authentication configured
• Inventory API can successfully authenticate with Relations API using external SSO
